for Business Process Outsourcing services for a
nationwide restaurant chain to provide Telecom
and Utility Expense Management (TEM & UEM)
services to manage the telecom and
utility/energy invoices and expenses for their
locations.
RadiusPoint
will provide invoice processing and telecom and
utility expense management services for telecom,
energy, gas, water, sewer and trash services,
which includes management of the vendor to
ensure accuracy. The services include the
management of the invoice from receipt to
payment and then archival of the invoice image
for future needs. RadiusPoint also provides
contract compliance reviews on a monthly basis
and error detection and reconciliation to offer
a complete telecom and utility/energy expense
management solution.
