RadiusPoint announces the new contract for
Business Process Outsourcing services for
National Vision, Inc. to provide Utility Expense
Management (UEM) services to manage the
utility/energy invoices and expenses for their
locations. RadiusPoint will provide invoice
processing and utility expense management
services for energy, gas, water, sewer and trash
services, which includes management of the
vendor to ensure accuracy. The services include
the management of the invoice from receipt to
payment and then archival of the invoice image
for future needs. RadiusPoint also provides
contract compliance reviews on a monthly basis
and error detection and reconciliation to offer
a complete utility/energy expense management
solution.
With approximately 500 units, National Vision,
Inc. is the nation's fourth largest optical
company in terms of locations. There are five
separate retail divisions offering a variety of
products and services for eye care and eyewear
needs. There are over 250 Vision Centers
throughout the nation in select Wal-Mart
stores. Conveniently located within Fred Meyer,
one of the strongest superstore chains in the

The need for a Utility Expense Management
solution (UEM) was apparent as the number of
locations continues to grow each year. “An
organization must look at the number of
locations that each Accounts Payable staff can
handle effectively, on a monthly basis”, states
