RadiusPoint announces the new contract
for Business Process Outsourcing services for
Checker’s Drive In Restaurants to provide
Telecom and Utility Expense Management (TEM &
UEM) services to manage the telecom and
utility/energy invoices and expenses for their
locations.
RadiusPoint will
provide invoice processing and telecom and
utility expense management services for telecom,
energy, gas, water, sewer and trash services,
which includes management of the vendor to
ensure accuracy. The services include the
management of the invoice from receipt to
invoice verification and then archival of the
invoice image for future needs.
RadiusPoint
also provides contract compliance reviews on a
monthly basis and error detection and
reconciliation to offer a complete telecom and
utility/energy expense management solution.
Checkers®/Rally’s® is the
nation’s largest chain of double drive-thru
restaurants with two drive-thru lanes and a
walk-up window in more than 800 locations. Each
restaurant is ideally positioned for today’s
on-the-go guest. The staff responsible for the
telecom and utility invoices had many invoices
to deal with on a daily basis and needed a
report feature that would shorten the time
between the service provided and the actual
reporting of the usage. RadiusPoint will be
able to assist the staff with reports that will
identify those usage levels, as well as, report
on the cost per day for telecom and utilities at
each location.

involve a monthly management of the invoices and
constant review of the charges from the
vendors. The invoices are established in the

software so that the charges for each location

for payment and allocated within a few days of
the receipt of the invoice from the vendor. The
timeliness of the services enables the staff to
