  April 2007:  RadiusPoint contracted by Cubic Corporation for Expense Management Business Process Outsourcing Services.

Memphis, TN April 24, 2007 -- RadiusPoint announces the new contract for Business Process Outsourcing services for Cubic Corporation. Cubic Corporation is the parent company of two major segments: Cubic Transportation Systems and Cubic Defense Applications. Cubic is a San Diego, CA based company that has approximately 5,950 employees and has 140 locations worldwide that conducts business on five continents.

“The staff responsible for managing the telecom expenses was doing a great job”, states Marilu Clifton, Vice President of Operations for RadiusPoint, “however some companies need more information to manage the telecom billing services and expenses.” Information is not readily available on the invoices and therefore takes too much time to extract to make solid business decisions that affect the company’s bottom line. “Managing telecom expenses on a monthly basis is not an easy task,” says Sharon Watkins, CEO of RadiusPoint, and the telecom vendors do not structure their billing and contracts to make this job any easier.”

The Cubic Accounts Payable Staff will be utilizing ExpenseLogic, the single platform solutions for Telecom and Utility Expense Management developed by RadiusPoint. The RadiusPoint staff will enter all paper invoices and upload electronic or EDI invoices on a monthly basis, as well as reconcile errors with the vendor on a pro-active basis. The telecom department will be able to create management reports at their desktop that will allow for better vendor management and budget allocations. The RadiusPoint staff will also be able to help with vendor contract compliance and Service Level Agreement management.

According to the Aberdeen Group in their 2006 report, “The Cost of Not Acting”, “Enterprises forfeit 12% to 18%, if they do not have a proactive approach to cost management that leverages technology and process improvements through business process outsourcing, hosted or licensed through the Business Process Outsourcing solution rather than purchasing a software license and then being responsible to input all of the data on a monthly basis.
